From the classic smoky Original BBQ to the sweet & spicy Lemon Hot and the bold Black Pepper, we bring fire to your plate.
Through the ups and downs, every twist & turn has shaped the journey that brought us here today.
But this journey hasn’t been without its challenges. At one point, a certain kind of issue threatened to take over …, attempting to tear away what we had built with blood, sweat, and tears. Yet, against all odds, the legacy stayed with its rightful owners, standing tall as a testament to resilience and integrity.
And resilience is a powerful force. Through unwavering determination and a spirit that refused to back down, IGA PANGGANG PANGLIMA BBQ RIBS® stood its ground, even as many tried to imitate us by using a fake brand to create imposter establishments. Well it ain’t easy as it seems, wasn’t it ‘Rudolfo?..Because it wasn’t just about keeping a name or a business; it was about preserving a dream, a legacy, and keeping the late Budi’s hard work still shines through in every rib served.
